Questions about accessing my account
I just signed up for Jeep-N Date. How long does it take to get approved?
First of all – welcome and congrats on signing up! We try to have all new profiles approved within 12 hours. As long as you have a Jeep and are single, you shouldn’t have a problem getting your profile approved! Be sure to include 3 photos once your profile text is approved. The three photos should include: at least one photo of just you, one photo of your Jeep, and an additional photo of either you or your Jeep. We request these 3 photos so other users can see who they are talking to on the site.
How can I change/reset my password?
Start by logging in (If you are locked out, see below). On desktop/laptop, go to the top right of your screen and click on “Settings.” Scroll down to “Change Password.” Enter your current password, then enter your new password and confirm your new password. Hit the “Save” button. We currently do not have a limit to the amount of times you can change your password.
On mobile, log into your account. Click on the 3 horizontal lines in the top left-hand corner. Select “Settings.” Scroll down to “Change Password.” Enter your current password, then enter your new password and confirm your new password. Hit the “Save” button.
If you are locked out and can’t access your profile, go to the login page and click on “Forgot Password.” You will be brought to a page that allows you to enter your email that is associated with your account. Click “reset your password” and we will send you an email allowing you to do just that.
What if I forgot my password or I get an error message that it is incorrect?
Start by making sure that you have entered it correctly. If that still doesn’t work, make sure you don’t have an old browser saved password that is being automatically entered for you. If that isn’t the issue, you can change your password from the login screen. Click “Forgot Password” and follow the on-screen instructions until the issue is resolved.
How do I change the email address associated with my account?
On desktop/laptop, log into your account. Click on “Settings” in the top right-hand corner. Scroll down to “Change Email Address.” Then enter your new email in the info box as well as your current password and click “Save.”
On mobile, log into your account. Click on the 3 horizontal lines in the top left-hand corner. Select “Settings.” Scroll down to “Change Email Address.” Then enter your new email in the info box as well as your current password and click “Save.”
How do I change my username?
Currently we do not have the ability to change usernames. This may change in the future.
How do I get in touch with customer service?
You can do so by going to the bottom of the page and clicking on the “contact us” tab. Then Fill out the Info given and submit your issue. We currently only offer help in the form of email communication.

How does the Browse Matches tab work?
The Browse Matches tab allows you to go and set individual preferences for a search. You can search for a specific kind of person. To use it, all you have to do is click “Browse Matches” at the top left of the screen on desktop/laptop. On mobile, either click on the 3 horizontal lines in the top left-hand corner and select “Matches” or click on the Heart icon in the top right-hand corner, then click the Pinned Location icon. You can then select “Show Filter” and select different preferences. From there, Jeep-N Date will list off the people that meet your search criteria. If you have upgraded your membership, you can further extend your searching and can select “Extended Search” and filter even more preferences for finding matches.
You can also use the search tab to look for members by their username (mobile only) On the Search page, to the right of the “Search for matches” tab, you will see the “Search by Username” option. Here you can type in a specific username and search for a particular person.
What is the Messages tab?
The Messages tab shows you who has messaged you.
What is the Show-N-Shine tab?
The Show-N-Shine tab is a “swiping feature” that allows you to see pictures of members and swipe left (uninterested) or right (interested).
What is the Profile Visitors tab?
The Profile Visitor’s tab shows you who has visited your profile. This tab is great for seeing who was potentially interested in you.
What is the Mutual Likes tab?
The Mutual Likes tab shows you users who you have shown interest in who have also shown interest in you. These are matches and it’s a great idea to message them because you have both shown interest in one another.
What is the Who Likes You tab?
The Profile Visitor’s tab shows you who has visited your profile and expressed interest in you. This tab is great for seeing who was interested in you.
What is the Who You Like tab?
The Who You Like tab is for keeping track of the members that you may be communicating with or someone you are interested in getting to know better. It’s good for those times when a profile catches your eye, but you are not available to send a message at the time. All you have to do is click the Favorite button (a star symbol) on their profile, and it will display that person under “Who You Like.”
Favoriting a member helps you keep them around instead of losing your chance to message them. If you decide you no longer want someone in your Favorites tab you can remove them by clicking the same button that got them there.
Questions about my profile
How do I create a profile?
After signing up, you can follow our on-screen prompt that will take you step by step through creating your profile. If you choose to skip the prompt and want to build your profile later, you can log in at a later time and go to your Home Screen / Profile Page. For best results, make sure to fill out your profile completely by filling in all information on the profile page, along with your matching questions and match settings. By completing everything mentioned, the Jeep-N Date algorithm will be able to match you better with other members. Other members will also be able to get a better idea of who you are by seeing and reading the content on your profile. This in turn may give you better chances to find matches. Also be sure to upload at least 3 photos of you and your Jeep(s) so other members know who they are talking to on the site. Remember - In order to browse other member’s profiles, you must have 3 approved photos uploaded.
How do I update my profile?
When you want to update your profile, on mobile click on the 3 horizontal lines in the top left-hand corner and select “Profile.” This brings you to the profile page where you can update your profile. On desktop, select the Pencil Icon underneath your name to update your profile.
How do I edit my date of birth?
When you want to update your birthday, on mobile click on the 3 horizontal lines in the top left-hand corner and select “Profile,” then click on the Pencil Icon underneath your username. On desktop, select the Pencil Icon underneath your name. This brings you to the page where you can update your birthday.
How do I change my profile picture?
When you want to update your profile picture, (on mobile only) go to your profile, then click on your current profile picture. From there, scroll through your uploaded pictures and when you find the one you want to use as your profile picture, in the upper left-hand corner, you will see an icon of a person. Click on it, and it will notify you that your profile picture has been changed to the picture you selected.
Why am I being matched with the wrong gender?
You may have accidentally entered some wrong information while filling out your profile. Make sure you set your sexuality setting to the correct option that fits you. You can do this under the “Edit Profile” tab in your profile. Also look at your match settings to confirm the gender you are seeking. This can be done on desktop/laptop by selecting the Pencil Icon underneath your username. This brings you to the profile page where you can update your sexuality setting (i.e. – I am a straight woman, I am a gay man, I am a bisexual woman). From there, the software will populate appropriate matches based on your selection.

How do I change my location?
When you want to update your location, on mobile click on the 3 horizontal lines in the top left-hand corner and select “Profile,” then click on the Pencil Icon underneath your username. On desktop, select the Pencil Icon underneath your name. This brings you to the page where you can update your location (Country, State, City). On desktop/laptop, click on the Pencil Icon underneath your username, then select Country, State, and City.
How do I change the amount of notification emails I receive?
Start by logging in (If you are locked out, see below). On desktop/laptop, go to the top right of your screen and click on “Settings.” Scroll down to “Notification Settings.” Update your notification settings and then hit the “Save” button.
On mobile, log into your account. Click on the 3 horizontal lines in the top left-hand corner. Select “Settings.” Scroll down to “Notification Settings.” Update your notifications and then hit the “Save” button.
How do I deactivate my profile from Jeep-N Date?
Go to the “Settings” button under your profile picture on the top of your page. Then Click on “Account Settings”. Here you can go towards the bottom of the page and Click on “Delete Profile”. Deleting your account will end your membership with Jeep-N Date. In order to cancel your payments, you must email info@jeepndate.com and/or visit your PayPal subscriptions and cancel your subscription. Simply deleting your profile from the site will NOT stop your subscription. If you paid via credit card, email us at info@jeepndate.com to cancel at least 3 days prior to your renewal date to ensure you're not charged. You MUST notify us in writing if you paid via credit card that you would like payments to cease (see Subscription / Billing Information below).
What happens when I delete my profile?
Your account will be deleted on the site. You will no longer match, receive messages, emails, etc. All of your information will be removed from the site. If you have purchased a monthly subscription, you will not lose any of the time you paid for. The subscription will still end on the date it was supposed to. Deleting your profile does NOT end your billing. You need to cancel your recurring PayPal subscription in order to end billing (See Subscription & Billing Questions below).

What are the differences between Paid and Free memberships?
Free memberships include the ability to create a profile, upload pictures, and basic search features.
Paid memberships offer several bonus features. First and foremost, subscribers can send and receive an unlimited amount of messages to other subscribers. They also gain the ability to use extended search features. Paid users also have the ability to do voice and video calling to other members (desktop/laptop and mobile). As a subscriber, you even get access to viewing the people who saw your profile, who likes you, and the ability to browse other members’ profiles invisibly. You will, of course, also browse the site ad-free!
What forms of payment do you accept?
Currently we are only accepting PayPal purchases and credit card purchases (Stripe). We intend to accept more methods of payment in the future. We apologize to those of you who may not use these forms of payment.
After my purchase, how will the charge appear on my card / PayPal account?
If you make a purchase on jeepndate.com / jeep-ndate.com, your statement should show you that a purchase was made to “J-N D / ETA”. Keep in mind, if you click on an ad or an associated link connected to our site and purchase something there, your card will be charged by them and not us.
How does your pricing structure work?
We priced our subscription packages in a way that you actually save a good amount of money the more you commit. $12.97 for one week, $29.97 for one month, and $149.97 for 12 months. You can save $209.67 by purchasing the yearly option.
When purchasing a 12 month subscription do I still pay monthly?
No, when you purchase a multiple month subscription you pay a single price for the subscription you chose. If you choose to purchase a multiple month subscription and apply for auto renewal, you would still pay a single payment for the duration of the 12 month package which would then be charged again once the 12 months have concluded.
My card was denied, but I know it works…
Even though your card may be in working order, there are other ways that it may be denied. Simple misspellings or even entering a single incorrect number or letter on the payment page can lead to a denial. If you have problems and don’t know why, you can always just try again.
Is my membership on automatic renewal?
Yes. Unless you contact us at info@jeepndate.com and request to cancel your subscription and/or cancel your PayPal subscription / credit card subscription to Jeep-N Date, your account will be on automatic renewal. If you purchased a 1 week package, then each week your account will be charged. If you purchase a 1 month package, then each month your account will be charged. If you purchased a 12 month package, each 12 months your account will be charged. If you want to cancel your automatic renewal, please log in to your PayPal account and go to your subscriptions. From there, you will be able to cancel your subscription to Jeep-N Date. If you paid via credit card, email us at info@jeepndate.com to cancel at least 3 days prior to your renewal date to ensure you're not charged.
How does Jeep-N Date keep my card information safe?
Jeep-N Date does not save or store any of your payment information on our site or servers. Once you enter your card information and click purchase, your information is sent directly to a reputable payment processors (PayPal & Stripe) who use a secured payment gateway to process your information. This is a standard method used by many other companies so rest assured your information will be safe.
How do I change my credit card info?
For your safety, we do not store your credit card info on Jeep-N Date. This means that the best way to change your payment information is by canceling your recurring billing and then when your subscription expires, purchase a new subscription with your new credit card. Canceling recurring billing doesn’t cut you short from your subscription. All it does is ends the automatic billing of your card.
How do I cancel my paid subscription?
If you want to cancel your subscription, please log in to your PayPal account and go to your subscriptions. From there, you will be able to cancel your subscription to Jeep-N Date. Deleting your profile does NOT end your billing. You need to cancel your recurring PayPal subscription or credit card subscription in order to end billing! If you paid via credit card, email us at info@jeepndate.com to cancel at least 3 days prior to your renewal date to ensure you're not charged.
How can I contact Jeep-N Date for help or questions?
